HATFIELD - Tracy Liddell of Northampton stepped carefully between the rows of vegetables in the garden at Prospect Meadow Farm, explaining how she discovered the key to beating her depression: chickens. "I love them, they're like my children," she said of the 100 birds on the Hatfield farm, which is owned and operated by the mental health and human services agency ServiceNet. Liddell's success story is exactly what ServiceNet staff members were hoping for when they purchased a house and farmland at 103 Prospect St.
