City of Northampton 2008 - 2006 real estate valuations
This special section gives the current valuations for all of
Northampton's approximately 12,000 parcels as well as the valuations for
Fiscal Year 2007 and FY 2006.
They are based on the calculations by the Northampton Board of
Assessors.
There were very few changes from 2007 to 2008. Those that did change
were mainly a result of building permits, inspections by the assessors,
and additional sales data.
The values met the Department of Revenue standards, so most assessments
were unchanged.
The information in this section was provided by Tyler Technologies CLT
Division in Connecticut, a firm that specializes in community
assessments and assists the city with valuation data.
Property is listed alphabetically by street.

office.
